My deepest passion is to love Jesus and make Him known by creating space for people to encounter God’s love, power, and presence both corporately and individually. 

Values

God is good

-“Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!” – Pslam 34:8

-“I am still confident of this, I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” Psalm 27:13

Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation

-“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16

-“Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” – John 14-6

We are saved by grace through faith

-“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.” – Ephesians 2:8-9

“Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” – Romans 5:7-8

The Word of God as given in the Bible is true and infallible, and it has the power to transform lives

-“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” – 2 Timothy 3:16-17

“You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.” – John 15:3

Intimacy with God – His presence is life

-“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:3

-“One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the [a]beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.” Psalm 27:4

Joy is a fruit of our salvation and relationship with Christ

-“Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his[a]; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.” Psalm 100:1-3

-“If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.” – John 15:10-11

Childlikeness

“…Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” – Matthew 18:3-4

Family

“God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.”-Ephesians 1:5 NLT

“Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” -Matthew 22:36-40

A culture of honour
